It is recommended to use the video share function if you are sharing a video file that is stored locally on your computer, which will result in a better video quality due to a reduced CPU usage.
- In order to screen share a video clip, you need to follow only these steps. You must make sure that your video clip is not optimized for full-screen viewing when you are not sharing the video.
- While optimizing for video clips and showing Zoom windows during a screen share during which an area is being shared is selected, any Zoom windows within that area will show as gray boxes, which will prevent the content being shared from being viewed. If you are sharing a screen with Zoom windows, we recommend you disable this feature or use multiple screens in order to monitor Zoom windows from different screens.
