I am not able to see some of my appointments that were scheduled outside of Salesforce. What can I do to get these appointments synchronized with Salesforce?
In the External Zoom Meetings tab, you will be able to access these meetings.
Which objects am I able to start meetings from?
Leads, Contacts, Cases, and Events can be used as starting points for Zoom Meetings. You can also initiate meetings for service appointments if Field Service Lightning is enabled on your account.
Where can I start the Zoom Meeting?
Zoom Meetings can be started from the Global Action menu or right from a page layout by clicking the Zoom Meetings button.
Is the Google Calendar integration configuration optional?
It is true that the Zoom App for Salesforce does not require the integration of the Google Calendar. Syncing your Zoom Meetings to Google Calendar is only available if you are syncing your meetings to Google Calendar.
What is the login type setting on the configuration page?
You can log into Zoom using one of the following methods:
- Work Email: Enter your email address and password in order to log in to Zoom.
- Google: Use Google to log in to Zoom.
- SSO: If you wish to access Zoom, you will need to use the Single Sign-On (SSO) service provided by your company.
- Facebook: Using Facebook to login to Zoom.
