Managing a Hub’s content library in Zoom App
It is possible for you to upload images or videos in the hub’s content library as a Zoom Events host so that they can be shared between the hub’s hosts, hub managers, and the hub owner when the hub is live. It is also possible for co-editors to see the contents of the content library if they are given access to it. Hosts can easily access shared media throughout a hub and the hub’s content library enables them to do so quickly. The hub owner or manager can also add or remove media from the content library of their hub as well.
Content library media uploaded to it is immediately moderated after it is uploaded. As far as moderation is concerned, there are 3 different states: Having passed moderation, awaiting moderation, and having failed moderation.
- The number of files you can upload to a Hub‘s content library is limited to 1,024 files at any given time.
- There is no attendance-facing material contained in the content library, even though there may be images on the library that can be viewed by attendees. Content libraries are used by event organizers to store the assets they want to share in a shared hub for sharing to other event organizers.
