How receive email notification in Zoom App “Participant is waiting!”

If participants join the meeting before the host, you will receive an email titled “Waiting for participants in the meeting!”

This email is only received by the meeting host.

Enable this message throughout your organization

  1. Log in to the Zoom web portal as an administrator with permission to edit account settings and click Account Settings.
  2. Meeting of the tab e-mail notification and scroll to.
  3. Attendees in front of the host is the time that participated in the meeting ]  is turned on, and then enabled. 
  4. When the authentication dialog appears, click to turn on and select], to validate the change
  5. (Optional) To require this setting for all users in your account, click the lock icon and lock it.

Enable email notification for specific groups

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an administrator with permission to edit user groups and click Group Management.
  2. Meeting of the tab e-mail notification and scroll to.
  3. Attendees in front of the host is the time that participated in the meeting ]  is turned on, and then enabled.
  4. (Optional) To require this setting for all users of this account, click the lock icon and lock it.

Note: If the  option is grayed out, it is locked at the account level and needs to be changed at that level.

Enable email notification in personal settings

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal [ My Meetings Settings ]  and then click.
  2. [ Meeting of the tab e-mail notification and scroll to.
  3. [ Attendees in front of the host is the time that participated in the meeting and then turns on the]
  4. When the authentication dialog appears, click to turn on and select], to validate the change.

Note: If the option is grayed out, it is locked at the group or account level and you need to contact the zoom administrator to enable email notification.
