Operation method when an invitation email arrives from the administrator
If you receive a Zoom account invitation email from your administrator, follow the steps below.
You will receive an invitation email for your Zoom account from your administrator.
Open the subject Zoom Account Invitation email.
If it’s a text email, click Convert this message to text format and select Show as HTML.
Click Approve Request in the body of the email.
The screen after clicking “Approve Request” will change depending on whether you have registered with Zoom or not.
If registered with Zoom
If you have already registered with Zoom, the following screen will be displayed.
Click “Confirm and switch” to complete the work.
If you have not registered with Zoom
If you have not registered with Zoom, the screen will change to the registration screen.
The browser will launch and the Welcome to Zoom screen will appear. Enter your first and last name.
Decide and enter the password yourself. Enter the same password again in the lower row and click [Continue].
registering a surname, enter the surname in the [First Name] field and the first name in the [Last Name] field of the Zoom Web page for administrators so that name is written in the order of last name → first name. It is recommended to enter and register. The maximum number of input is 32 double-byte characters.
