Check if there is an internet connection

  • Switch to the wired connection

Check WiFi speed and signal strength

  • Switch to another WiFi hotspot if possible
  • Contact the company IT department to check the WiFi hotspots
  • Turn off Account Management Group HD  if WiFi bandwidth is low
