Salesforce users can use the Zoom app provided that their email address matches the email address in their Salesforce account. There is a possibility that if this is not configured correctly, the users will not be able to use the integration. Due to this, it is imperative to make sure that the Salesforce user’s email address matches that of their Zoom email address and that their Salesforce email address is unique.
