The Zoom Rooms controller cannot connect to the Zoom Rooms PC.

Try the troubleshooting steps below.
(1) The Zoom Rooms controller and the Zoom Rooms PC belong to the same network segment.
(2) TCP / 9090 traffic is permitted for the Zoom Rooms controller on the firewall of the Zoom Rooms PC firewall, or the firewall is disabled.
(3) Uninstall and reinstall the Zoom Rooms controller app.
(4) Delete the Zoom Rooms client from the PC, delete the data in the following folder, and then reinstall it.
