Digital signage allows you to share images, videos and URLs on the Zoom Rooms screen when not using Zoom Rooms in a meeting.

You can also create a room dedicated to digital signage to view signage without expanding the full Zoom Room.

If you add multiple images or URLs, they will be rotated and you can specify the display time for each.

You can also set the amount of time to display content before and after a scheduled meeting.

The room name, time and shared key are displayed along with the content. Content can be set at the room, floor, location and account level.

The upload image is

・ JPG / JPEG or 24-bit PNG

・ 1920 px × 1080 px

It is recommended to use

The minimum width is 960px and can not exceed 1920px.

The minimum height is 540px and the maximum height is 1920px. The maximum image size is 5 MB.
