How to provide consent to be recorded in Zoom

Providing consent to be recorded
A participant is asked to consent to being recorded when joining a meeting whose recording is already in progress, or when the host begins recording. It is up to the account administrator to adjust the consent notification so that it applies only to external participants or all participants in the meeting, regardless of whether they are internal or external participants. You may customize this notification by including additional information and a link to the privacy policy of a company, for instance.
In the event that Zoom and the account administrator have enabled it, your microphone will be muted and your video will be turned off if you join a meeting that is already in progress of being recorded or live streamed. Upon consenting, the microphone and video settings will revert to their default settings for that meeting, which is chosen by the meeting host.
