Polycom end-of-sale models limitations in zoom App
Zoom Phone does not support Polycom models which were manufactured before certain dates but were still in production at the time of the end of sale. Since they do not have factory-installed certificates, the devices fail the authentication process of certificates, which causes the devices to fail to register. You can use Zoom only if your Polycom device runs UCS firmware version 4.0.0 or higher. Prior versions (Polycom SIP software 3.x and earlier) of Zoom do not support upgrading, registering, or provisioning via the web interface. OBi ATAs are not affected by this restriction.

How to check the manufacture date
You can find the following labels on the back of or on the base of your Polycom device if you are using one of the models above. Using Zoom Phone will not be supported if the following conditions are met.
- In comparison to the one stated in the table, there is a reduction in the revision letter; or
- There is a slight difference in the pattern of the date of manufacture between the date of manufacture in the table and the date on the product
