Creating an OnZoom Host Public Profile URL

If you would like to add branding to your OnZoom account, you can create and request an OnZoom Host Public Profile URL – a Web address that uniquely identifies your Host profile, for example, onzoom.com/h/kyleanderson or onzoom.com/h/yogachris. This can facilitate the process of users being able to differentiate and recognize your account from the URL more easily.

Note:Ensure that you create a Host Profile URL that is unique to your account since this will be linked permanently to your account. It is not possible to edit your Host Profile URL once it has been saved to your profile and you have saved it, so there is no way for you to modify it in any way. There are some guidelines that need to be followed when developing your Host Public Profile URL.

• Zoom desktop client
  • Windows: 5.6.3 or higher
  • macOS: 5.6.3 or higher
• Zoom mobile client
  • iOS: 5.6.3 or higher
  • Android: 5.6.3 or higher
• Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Education account

How to create an OnZoom Host Public Profile URL

Creating a public profile URL for an OnZoom Host is as simple as this:

1. Log in to OnZoom using your OnZoom account.
2. To access your profile picture, click on the top right corner of your screen.
3. Select Host Profile from the drop-down menu.
4. Enter the desired Public Profile URL for OnZoom Host by using 3 to 20 numbers or letters under Public Profile URL.
   Note: No symbols, spaces, or special characters will be accepted.
5. Save your changes.
   In a window that appears, you will be asked to confirm your Public Profile URL. To confirm, click Save.
