Validating a digital signature
Digital signatures are used to confirm the validity of all invoices issued by ZVC India Private Limited. An indication that your signature was valid should appear in the top right corner of the invoice along with a green checkmark.
The invoice you received may display a message “Signature Not Valid” in the top right corner, along with a yellow question mark in this area. In this case, you need to open the invoice with Adobe Reader software.
How to validate a digital signature
If you have downloaded an invoice, you will have to open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader after you have downloaded it. If you look in the upper right hand corner, you will see the message “Signature is Valid” and a green check mark indicating that the signature has been validated.
It is not possible to validate your signature using applications such as the Preview program from Apple or the PDF viewer that is built into your web browser.
