Conference Room Connector TLS certificates in Zoom

Zoom updates its certificates periodically in order to ensure that Conference Room Connector devices are capable of joining Zoom meetings with a TLS connection on a regular basis. The new certificates may need to be installed by administrators in order to be able to connect to Zoom meetings in the future, once these certificates are updated.

How to add root certificates manually for Conference Room Connector

As of right now, we are issuing certificates through DigiCert. It may be necessary to add the root certificate manually if it is not in the trust store of your system.
