Finding your MAC address (HaaS devices)
The media access control (MAC) address of your Hardware as a Service (HaaS) device will be required when exchanging it for another of the same model.

How to find the MAC address
- Click on the System Preferences option under the Apple menu.
- In the Network section, click the entry for the connection you want to use, which appears on the left side of the screen.
- Then select Advanced from the drop-down menu, followed by Hardware (optional), Ethernet (optional), and AirPort (optional).
- Address can be described as the series of letters and numbers displayed beside the entry for the Mac Address, Ethernet ID, or AirPort ID.
