The acquisition method of Mac OS installation log in zoom app

If you encounter installation problems, you may need to send installation logs.

  1. Move to [Finder] .
  2. [Move] (at the top of the menu bar) – [ computer] and click.
  3. Enter “console” in the search box .
  4. Click [Console] .
  5. Then, under ~ / Library / Logs , scroll down to, and below that there is a zoom install log.
  6. Copy the text of the installation log and send it to Zoom support.
