If you encounter installation problems, you may need to send installation logs.
- Move to [Finder] .
- [Move] (at the top of the menu bar) – [ computer] and click.
- Enter “console” in the search box .
- Click [Console] .
- Then, under ~ / Library / Logs , scroll down to zoom.us, and below that there is a zoominstall log.
- Copy the text of the installation log and send it to Zoom support.
