In order to get started, you will need to download a VDI release version between 2.1.5 and 5.9.6. Simply click on the version number in the list below to find out what plugins and applications are compatible with your version. For versions 5.5.3 or above of the Zoom Phone plugin, Zoom Phone for VDI is supported by select plugins.

If you want the plugin version to be compatible with Zoom VDI, it must be the same as or less than the version of the Zoom VDI application. There is no support for installing a plugin that has a higher version than Zoom VDI’s application itself. When you update Zoom VDI application, Zoom always recommends you update the Zoom Plugin as well, since many new features require an updated version of the Zoom plugin.

It should be noted that the VDI versions have approximately the same feature set as the core client versions listed in the same table. It is still necessary to note that the platforms differ in some ways.
