Zoom Events Family Event Attendee Code of Conduct
On the Zoom Events platform, Zoom is committed to ensuring your privacy and safety so that you and your family can enjoy the event. As part of Zoom Events’ efforts to keep you and your family safe while attending events within our Family category, and in particular those focusing on families with children under 16, we ask that you follow this Zoom Events Family Event Attendee Code of Conduct.
- In a family-focused event, parents, guardians, and children are all invited together so they can enjoy the event together. The event you are registering for may involve activities for children under the age of 16 and you should be present with your child as well as designate an adult to accompany the child to the event.
- You should make sure that your surroundings are free of any inappropriate or offensive images if you choose to have video available at the event. If you choose to have the event video enabled, either use a virtual background or ensure your surroundings are free of such images.
- You are not allowed to use foul, harassing, or discriminatory language or to engage in such behavior during a Zoom Event. Visit our Community Standards page to learn more about how to behave and what content is prohibited.
- You can always report a complaint if you are concerned about the behavior of a Host or an Attendee on the Zoom Events platform, whether they are using prohibited language or engaging in conduct that violates either our Host or Community Standards, or if you have any other concerns.
- You are encouraged to report any illegal activities you witness on the Zoom Events platform to your local law enforcement authorities if you witness any illegal activities on the Zoom Events platform, in addition to reporting the activity to Zoom.
