You can invite by entering the Zoom Rooms name in your account in “Invite panelists” on the webinar management screen.

• Audience

After the webinar is held, join by entering the meeting ID.

Function difference

• In the manual approval and automatic approval webinars, you can enter the room without host approval by simply entering the meeting ID.
• Zoom Rooms can not be a host.
• Webinar features are not available (vote, raise hand, ask question).
