There are certain actions you can control for your Zoom Meetings by the integration.
How to customize user settings
- Connect to Salesforce by logging into your account.
- Then, open Zoom Configuration in the App Launcher.
- Navigate to the User Preferences tab.
How to enable personal meeting ID
You need not use the generated meeting ID when creating meetings in Salesforce. Instead, use your Personal Meeting ID (PMI) instead. In order to learn more about PMIs and personal links, please refer to the Personal Meeting ID (PMI) article.
How to email attendees at the start of a meeting
You will need to send an email to your meeting attendees when the meeting begins. When you click the Start Zoom Meeting button in Salesforce, an email will be automatically sent to your attendees as soon as you click on the button. The email will include all of the information about the Zoom meeting that has been prepopulated.
How to send ICS attachments in invitation emails
It is possible to add ICS files as attachments to meeting invitations using this setting.
How to disable invitation emails
If you want to stop the integration from sending invitation emails, you can use this setting to do so.
Note: It is important to note that the setting is dependent on how Salesforce admins have configured the organization setting.
