Invitations for meetings created on the Zoom Rooms controller will be sent in the language of the Zoom Rooms Mac / PC.
If you are planning to hold a global meeting, you need to change the language of Zoom Rooms’ Mac / PC itself before sending Invitations in English.
If you are using a Mac
Change the language from System Preferences-> Language and Region.
When using Windows PC (Windows 7 or later)
- Right click on the Windows screen.
- From the drop down selection, select [Switch Languages] and change the language.
