How to enable participants video in Zoom meeting
With the addition of the Participants video feature, a meeting can be started with video turned on by the participants. Video participation will not be available during the meeting if the participant has disabled it.

Prerequisites for enabling participants video

Account
- Login to the Zoom web portal by clicking on the link above.
- Next, select Account Management from the left navigation panel, then select Account Settings from the right navigation panel.
- Next, select Meetings from the left navigation panel.
- Click the toggle to turn on the Participants video. Enable “Participant video” from the participant video pop-up window.
- Click the lock icon and in the “Lock “Participants video” pop-up window, click Lock if you would like to make this setting mandatory for all members.
Group
- The Zoom web portal can be accessed by logging in with your Zoom account.
- Click on the User Management and then the Group Management options from the navigation panel.
- Choose the group you wish to manage.
- The Meetings tab will open.
- Click the toggle to enable the video for participants. Click the Enable “Participant video” button to open the Enable “Participant video” window.
- The option to make all participants watch the video at the same time is to click the lock icon, then click on the Lock “Participants video” web page displayed after you click the lock icon.
User
- You will now be able to access the Zoom website.
- To do this, click the Settings icon in the navigation panel.
- Then select Meetings from the list.
- Then click the toggle to enable the video of Participants.
- Should your account’s administrator decide to disable and lock the Participant video, let them know right away.
