Finding crash logs on macOS

In order to thoroughly troubleshoot a particular issue, Zoom Support may be required to obtain the crash logs from your Mac computer.
- You can find the Spotlight search icon in the top-right corner of your desktop and click on it, then follow the steps below:
- Click on the search icon and type the word Console.
- You can locate the latest Zoom.us Diagnostic Report by selecting Users Diagnostic Reports.
- We can receive the crash report by sending it to our support system or uploading it to Dropbox/Google Drive and enclosing the link in your support ticket.
