The average amount of data used by Zoom per hour is 888 MB. It takes roughly 810MB to 2.475GB per GB for Zoom users to participate in group video calls, whereas 540MB to 1.62GB per GB is used for Zoom users to participate in one-on-one calls.

Currently, Zoom is transmitting a certain amount of data, which is indicated by the bandwidth icon. The best way to find out what your current bandwidth is is to visit Speedtest. To achieve high-quality voice, we generally recommend a bit rate of 60–100kbps.
You should aim for a minimum download speed of 10 to 25 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps for a quality video chat Zoom session.
