With OnZoom events, you can pay with any credit or debit card, or with PayPal Express Checkout if you prefer. You will be able to choose from a variety of payment methods depending on what form of payment the Host accepts.
You will be able to choose one or both of these payment methods during the checkout process, depending on which payment methods the Host has enabled:
- Payments can be made using a credit or debit card
- Checkout with PayPal Express

Prerequisites for managing OnZoom payment methods
- Desktop client for Zoom
- It is recommended that you use Windows version 5.6.5 (823), or higher
- It is recommended that you use macOS version 5.6.4 (765) or higher
- Mobile app for Zoom
- It is recommended that you use iOS 5.6.4 (308) or higher.
- The Android version must be at least 5.6.4 (1862) in order to work
How to purchase a ticket
Note: In order to complete the registration process for a paid event, you must enter your payment method as well as the address of the person who will receive the tickets.

Purchase ticket after the first time
In the event that you saved a payment method to your OnZoom account during the checkout process when you purchased your first ticket or if you manually added a card to your OnZoom account when you bought your first ticket, the process of buying your second ticket will be streamlined and more convenient as the payment method is already saved to your OnZoom account.
How to add payment methods to your OnZoom account
When you add or save a payment method to your account, it will make the checkout process a lot easier and quicker for you.
The number of payment cards you can save to your account is unlimited.
You can add the following payment cards to your account:
- As part of the checkout process
- You can do this by going to the billing section of your account
Save a payment card during the checkout process
There is an option for you to save this payment method for future use during the checkout process of buying tickets. In this case, OnZoom will save the payment method that you used during checkout to your account when you select this option.
Add a payment card in your account’s billing section
If you would like to add a payment card to your account, please follow these steps:
- OnZoom requires you to sign in.
- Click on your profile picture at the top-right corner of the screen.
- Click on the Attendee Payments & Billing tab.
- In the Payment Method Management section, click on the + Add Credit/Debit Card button.
- Please enter the name of the card holder as well as the card information.
- Then click the Save button.
- The billing address associated with the card should be entered under the Billing Address field.
- Then click on the Save button.
Link a PayPal account
If you would like to add a PayPal account to your account, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your OnZoom account.
- Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner of the page.
- In the Attendee Payments & Billing section, click Attendee Payments & Billing.
- Click on the + Link PayPal Account button under Payment Method Management.
As soon as you click on this link, you will be redirected to PayPal’s website. - It is very easy to link your PayPal account to your OnZoom account by following the prompts and entering the necessary information.
Your OnZoom account’s billing page will be displayed once you have linked your PayPal account to your OnZoom account.
How to manage payment methods
Remove a saved card
Your saved cards can be removed from your account at any time by following these steps:
- Please sign in to OnZoom.
- Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the page.
- The next step is to click on Attendee Payments & Billing.
- You can delete a card by clicking the ellipses that appear in the upper-right corner of the card you want to delete.
- You will need to click on the Remove Card button.
Unlink a PayPal account
In order to unlink a PayPal account, follow these steps:
- You will need to sign in to OnZoom.
- Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the page.
- Click on Attendee Payments & Billing at the top of the page.
- You can delete a card by clicking the ellipsis in the top-right corner of the card you wish to delete.
- Please click on the Remove PayPal Account link.
