When using the Zoom desktop client or mobile app, if the camera is not displayed or if the camera is selected but the video is not displayed, refer to the following troubleshooting.

Troubleshooting for iOS devices
- [ Start of the video by tapping] Make sure that the video starts.
- Tap the camera icon at the top of the screen to switch between the front and back cameras.
- Make sure no other application is using the camera.
Double-tap the Home button to display all open applications. Swipe up on any applications that may be using the camera. - Make sure that Zoom has access to the camera.
- Open [ Settings ] of iOS.
- Tap [ Privacy ].
- Tap [ Camera ].
Switch access to Zoom on (green).
- Restart your iOS device.
- Remove the Zoom app and reinstall it from the App Store.
Press and hold the Zoom app icon until it vibrates and an X appears. Tap

Troubleshooting for Android devices
- [ Video Tap] to see if the video begins.
- Tap [ Switch Camera ] to switch between the front and back cameras.
- Make sure no other application is using the camera.
Open a recently used application. The way to open it depends on the device.
Some devices have an open device by pressing the home button or some devices have a key to open a recently used application.
Swipe the application using the camera to the right to close it.
