In order to thoroughly troubleshoot a particular issue, Zoom Support may be required to obtain the crash logs from your Mac computer.

  1. You can find the Spotlight search icon in the top-right corner of your desktop and click on it, then follow the steps below:
  2. Click on the search icon and type the word Console.
  3. You can locate the latest Zoom.us Diagnostic Report by selecting Users Diagnostic Reports.
  4. We can receive the crash report by sending it to our support system or uploading it to Dropbox/Google Drive and enclosing the link in your support ticket.
