OnZoom family event Attendee Code of Conduct
On the OnZoom platform, Zoom is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the safety of you and your family. Our OnZoom Family Event Attendee Code of Conduct is intended for you and your family’s safety, and to help me ensure your safety and the safety of your family when attending events in our Family category, and in particular those geared towards families with young children.
- A family-focused event is one that is designed to be attended by adults as well as children, so that everyone can be together. You should attend the event with your child if you register for an event that involves activities for children under 16, or designate an adult to accompany your child to the event if you are not able to attend.
- When you attend an event that has video enabled, either use a virtual background for the video feed or make sure you are not surrounded by any images that might be inappropriate for children or that might be offensive.
- OnZoom does not tolerate foul language, harassment, or other discriminatory behavior, or the use of such conduct, when attending events that are hosted by the company. Please review our Community Standards to learn more about what kinds of content and behavior are prohibited.
- Please submit a complaint report if you feel your child is being treated unfairly by a Host or other Attendee, or if you have any other concerns regarding their behavior on the OnZoom platform, or if you find any problem with the Host or Community Standards.
- OnZoom encourages you to report any illegal activities you witness on the platform to your local law enforcement authorities on top of reporting the activity to Zoom. If you witness illegal activities on the platform, you are also encouraged to report them to Zoom.
