Showing international numbers on the invite email

In some instances (some may require the Audio Conferencing subscription), Zoom hosts can include a link to Google Dial-in Numbers for international dial-ins on email invitations (by enabling the setting on the Zoom website portal).

Note: This setting is only available at the user level.

How to show international numbers on the invite email

1. Log on to the Zoom web portal by entering your email address and password.
2. Then click Settings.
3. Choose Audio Conference from the dropdown list.
4. On the Invitation Email, check the option Show International Numbers in the email invitation design.
5. Click on the toggle button to enable the setting if it is disabled. A verification dialog may appear requesting verification of the change. Click Enable to confirm the change.
   Note: The Find your Local Number link will be displayed in the meeting invitation when scheduling a meeting or when you are using your Personal Meeting ID.
