How do I setup a calendar for a Zoom Room?
When a Zoom Room is integrated with a calendar resource, the TV display of the room, the controller of the room, and the scheduling display of the room can be used to display the meetings scheduled for that room. Those in your organization who would like to schedule a Zoom Room meeting can do so by inviting others in the room to participate in the meeting. Through a calendar service that works as a calendar resource, conference rooms can be assigned as a calendar resource. Users can start and join meetings in the room with just a touch of the button after allowing Zoom to access their calendar resources.
