How to display the annotator’s name in Zoom App
When the host (host) turns on the ” Display the name of the annotator ” setting, the name of the user who is taking notes in the document being shared is displayed.
With this feature, participants in a meeting will know who is writing notes, as shown in the image below.
How do I display the annotator’s name?
The host (host) selects ” Details ” during screen sharing and clicks ” Show the name of the annotator .”
To hide the annotator’s name, do the same, and click Hide Annotator’s Name .
