Recording Consent / Recording Consent in Zoom App
When the host (host) starts recording in a meeting or webinar, attendees are asked to agree to be recorded.
If this setting is enabled, notifications will be sent to attendees when recording starts or when they join a session that has already been recorded.
Attendees can agree or leave to stay in the session.
After the session, you can generate a report that lists the participants who provided your consent.

How to enable recording consent
- Log in to your account with Zoom.us.
- Click Meeting Settings to go to the Recording tab.

- You can also enable or disable this feature for other users in your account through account settings or group management .Note:
Enabling this option applies to both local and cloud recordings.
How to agree as an attendee
- The following message is displayed when joining a session during recording, or when recording is started during the session.<For PC>

- Tap Continue to accept the record .
Tap End Meeting to end and end the session.
Report on Attendee Consent
- Log in to your account with Zoom.us.
- Click on a report .
- Click Usage Report or Active Host Report.
※ This depends on the account access. - Once you have entered the criteria for generating the meeting list, click on the participant’s column number to generate a detailed report.
- The window that appears will display a section for recording your consent.
