Prerequisites screen sharing in Zoom Rooms for Touch
- A Zoom Room can be used as a conference room
- A Windows version of 5.3.0 or higher is required
- Mac OS X 5.3.0 or higher is required
- A touch screen and Windows 8.1 or higher
- On the computer, touch drivers are installed
or
- Devices compatible with Zoom for Home
- Select Share Content from the touchscreen.
- Zoom app, browser, or AirPlay instructions will provide instructions on how to share content.

- With Zoom Rooms for Touch, you can start a meeting or join one.
- You can view the integrated controller by tapping the ellipsis (…) in the bottom-right corner.
- Use the integrated controller to share content.
- Share by following the instructions on the screen. It is possible to share directly, use share.zoom.us, or mirror your screen via Apple.

Note:ย Besides these options, you can add annotations to a whiteboard session using the same tools.
- HIDE: The bottom panel can be hidden. The upward arrow will show it when it is hidden.
- STOP SHARE: Display the integrated controller instead of screen sharing.
- NEW SHARE: Share instructions will be displayed. Screen mirroring is available through Apple, share.zoom.us, and direct sharing.
- START MEETING: Screen sharing can be used to start a meeting.

How do you zoom on a touch screen?
Select Settings from the meeting controls screen’s bottom-right corner. You will be prompted to enter the room’s passcode when you click Displays. The following message will be displayed on each monitor in Zoom Rooms. Tap Use This as a Touchscreen Display on the touchscreen monitor.

Can you zoom without touching the screen?

You can move the magnification window around by dragging two fingers. Zoom can be adjusted by pinching with two fingers. Re-press your magnification shortcut to stop magnification.
What do you need for a Zoom Room?
In order to set up a Zoom Room, you will need, at the very least, an iPad, Android, or Windows 10 tablet that you can use to run the Zoom Room app. The Zoom Rooms Scheduling Display can be run on a tablet that includes TV displays, speakers, cameras, mics, and an iPad.
Your screen cannot be seen by meeting hosts or participants without your permission. When you join a Zoom meeting, your computer screen cannot be viewed by the host and other participants.
How do I see all participants in zoom while sharing screen?
At the top of the panel, click the Film Strip icon to view participants in Gallery View. Video panels are by default vertical, but can be dragged to the top or bottom to view participants in a horizontal strip.
