How to use Zoom App as Webinar Branding

Customize the webinar registration screen with color, banner, logo and speaker info.

Prerequisites

  • Webinar License
  • Webinar scheduled for registration

Customize the webinar registration screen

Before you begin

  1. Go to the ” My Webinar ” page.
  2. Click the title of the webinar.
  3. Click the Branding tab.

Add banner

You can add a banner to appear at the top of the invitation. The following requirements must be met:

To upload a banner

  1. On the Branding tab, click Upload in the Banner section. If you have already set up a banner, click Change.
  1. Search and select the banner of your computer.
  2. It is automatically uploaded and displayed on the registration screen. If it does not start automatically, make sure that you meet the requirements.

You can add a logo to be displayed on the right side of the registration page. The following requirements must be met:

To upload a logo

  1. Branding After selecting a], [ logo [of] section upload and click].
    If you have already set a logo, click Change.
  1. Search and select your computer’s logo.
  2. It is automatically uploaded and displayed on the registration screen. If it does not start automatically, make sure that you meet the requirements.


Change the language of the registration page (Email setting tab)

Zoom currently supports the following languages: Registration screens for English, Spanish, German, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, French, Portuguese, Japanese, Russian webinars, if supported, are displayed in the language of the Zoom profile registrant You Otherwise, it will be displayed in the language of the user’s browser / operating system. For more information on changing the language on the Zoom website, please refer to Change your language on Zoom.
