What you can do by creating contacts in Zoom client or app

How to use contacts Windows / Mac
- Log in to the Zoom application.
- Click Directory .
- Search from contacts using the name of the person who wants to chat or the person who wants to meet in the search window .
- With contacts, you can hover over a name to chat with or start an instant meeting.
When you select [Meeting]
If the contact is running Zoom on your device, a ringer sounds to let you join the Zoom meeting.

When you select [Chat]
Opens a chat window where you can send messages, send images and files.

- Log in to the Zoom application.
- [ Contact and then tap.
- Search from contacts using the name of the person who wants to chat or the person who wants to meet in the search window .
- With contacts, you can chat and start an instant meeting simply by hovering over the name.
When you select Video Call or Free Call
If Zoom is activated on the contact’s other party’s device, a ringer sounds to notify you to join the Zoom meeting.
