Can I cancel my Zoom subscription at any time?
Zoom subscriptions and add-ons can be cancelled at any time by contacting Zoom. Please be aware that any changes that you request will take place at the end of the subscription term specified on your quote if you purchased a subscription through a direct sales quote.
Is Zoom monthly or yearly?
There are two types of paid Zoom services available: monthly subscriptions and yearly subscriptions. Credit cards and PayPal can be used to purchase these items. It is possible to upgrade your Zoom subscription to one of several plans and add-ons. You can learn more about this by clicking here.
What is Zoom subscription cycle?
Your Current Plans can be found under the Billing tab on the menu, and each plan can be billed as a monthly or yearly plan. It is possible to cancel your subscription at any time during the next billing cycle, and you will have the opportunity to do so at any time during that billing cycle. Your subscription will continue to be automatically renewed if you do not cancel it before the end of your current period.
What happens if I cancel my Zoom subscription?
There will now be a change in your plan status to Canceled. For the rest of the billing period, you will be able to continue using your paid plan as usual. On the My Subscriptions page, you will be able to reactivate your plan if you would like to reactivate it in the future. To do this, select Reactivate Plan from the menu at the top of the page.

With the Pro package, you pay $14.99 per month, or $149.90 for a year’s license, saving you $30 over the standard package. A single meeting can have an unlimited number of attendees, and the Pro plan includes the ability to live stream meetings to social media, in addition to unlimited group meetings which can include an unlimited number of attendees. Furthermore, each license is allowed to record 1 GB of data in the cloud.
