The Zoom web portal, Zoom desktop client, Zoom mobile app, and Zoom desktop client let you view, organize, and schedule meetings from anywhere, anytime.

Windows | macOS
- Open the Zoom client and click on Meetings.
- You will now have the option of viewing upcoming meetings or meeting recordings.
Recorded
A Recorded list will appear if you have previously recorded a meeting to the cloud or on this computer, and you will also be able to see where the recording is located. Whenever you hover your mouse over a cloud recording you have the option of opening it in your default browser. The option to play the video or the audio on a local recording will appear when you hover over a recording. To open the folder where the recordings are located or to delete the recordings will also be available.
Linux
- that can be accessed by selecting Meetings in the Zoom client.
- From now on, you should be able to select whether to view upcoming or archived meetings.
Upcoming
You will see the upcoming meetings that you have scheduled for one-off or recurring meetings, or you will be able to see the scheduled meetings that you have scheduled for any user for whom you have scheduling privileges. In order to start the meeting or to edit the meeting settings, you can hover over the meeting, or by copying the invitation you can delete the meeting.
Recorded
A Recorded list will appear if you have previously recorded a meeting to the cloud or on this computer, and you will also be able to see where the recording is located. Hovering your mouse over the recording in the cloud will give you the option of opening it in your preferred browser. When you hover your mouse over a local recording, you will be offered several options, including playing the video file, playing the audio file, opening the folder where those files are located, or deleting them.
Web
- You will need to sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- Select Meetings from the menu.
- There is an option to view the Meeting Templates for Upcoming, Previous, and Personal Rooms.
Upcoming Meetings
A list of all upcoming meetings, including one-offs and recurring meetings, will be available under Upcoming Meetings. The list includes any meetings that have been scheduled by users for whom you have scheduling privileges.
In the new screen, you will see the meeting date, time, subject, and meeting ID. The meeting can be started or edited by clicking Start or Edit.
Previous Meetings
Any previous meetings can be viewed under the Previous tab. Under the Previous tab, you will find a list of all previous meetings from the last 30 days.
You will be shown the date, time, topic and Meeting ID. You can choose to start or edit the meeting depending on the settings you would like to make.
Personal Room
The settings for your personal meeting room can be found under the Personal Room tab.
The meeting can be started by clicking the Start Meeting button or by clicking Edit in order to make changes to your Personal Meeting Room. There is no way of changing the topic of your Personal Meeting Room.
Android
- Zoom’s app has an Upcoming section. Click on it.
- The next screen will show all of the upcoming meetings you have scheduled or the meetings you have scheduled for users whose schedules you have access to.
- The meeting can be started by clicking on it, you can edit the meeting settings, you can delete the meeting, or you can invite additional people.
iOS

Using this tool you can get a glimpse of all the meetings that you have scheduled, as well as any meetings that you have the privilege to schedule for users. In the case where Zoom is made sync with your calendar, any meeting that Zoom finds in your calendar will also be shown in Zoom.
