- A user can access the Zoom Room’s Home menu by tapping the Home button located on the controller.
- By tapping the icon, you can access the meeting topic. NOTE: It is necessary to integrate Zoom Room with Google Calendar, Office 365, Exchange 2016/13, Exchange 2010 or Exchange 2007.
- Start by tapping Start.
How do you call a Zoom Room?

- Open the Zoom desktop client and sign in with your Zoom account.
- Select the Call a Room option under the Home tab.
- Enter the room system’s address under H.323/SIP.
- Simply click the Call button.
Zoom is available on a desktop client as well as on mobile devices via the Zoom mobile app.You can now proceed to the next step when the sharing key or meeting ID has been entered. To do this, click Share (desktop) or tap OK (mobile) and once again click OK to continue. The following methods of sharing will automatically share your entire screen if you share using one of these methods.
