How to search and install an app from Zoom App Marketplace

1. Become an administrator of the Zoom web portal by logging in.
2. Once you have logged in, click on the Advanced button then click on App Marketplace.
3. Enter the name of the app you are looking for on the top right of the page or search by the following terms:
   • Selecting a category from the dropdown menu.
   • Apps can be filtered by compatibility, approval status, and who can install them.
4. Click on Add or Visit Site to add an app.
   Notes:
   • Afterwards, if the app requires you to click on Visit Site before you can add it to Zoom, you will need to click on Install on Zoom.
   • In the case that the app has not been pre-approved by your administrator to be installed, click Request to Install if you are a user. You will be asked to send a request to your administrator on your behalf.
   • If you are an admin of the account and would like users of your account to be able to install apps themselves, follow these instructions so that you can preapprove the apps.
5. Once you have read the information about the app, click on “Authorize”.
6. The App Manager icon, located on the top right of the page, can be clicked on to verify that the app has been added to your account here: Manage, then under the area Manage Personal Apps, click the Add Apps button.

How to uninstall/remove an app from Zoom App Marketplace

1. Ensure that you are logged in as an administrator to the Zoom web portal.
2. Navigate to the Advanced tab, then click on the App Marketplace tab.
3. You will see a Manage link on the top right corner.
4. Go to the left hand side of the page, and click on the Added Apps link.
5. Identify the app that you want to remove, then click the Remove button.
6. Select the reason you want to remove the app in the pop-up window that appears, then click on the Remove app button.
