You will need to meet the following prerequisites before you can get started with Zoom Phone for ServiceNow:

There are four simple steps you need to follow before you can add the ServiceNow with Phone app to your phone once the prerequisites are met:

  1. As an administrator, log in to the Zoom App Marketplace

  2. Search for the ServiceNow app on Zoom Phone and click the link to download it

  3. In order to be redirected to ServiceNow, simply click the “Visit Site to Add” button

  4. From the ServiceNow app store, you can install the Zoom Phone integration.
