- Instead, you can assign or delegate users or multiple users to your account to schedule meetings.
- You can also schedule a meeting yourself instead of a single user (or multiple users) who has been granted scheduling privileges.
- Hosts and users with scheduling privileges must have at least a professional license.
- Users with scheduling privileges on the host‘s account can manage all meetings and use the alternate host feature.

Using the plug-in or Chrome / Firefox plug-in Outlook, the details of the scheduling of another user here .
- Both users must have a Pro or Corp license and be in the same account.
- The webinar requires that both users have a webinar license.
Setting method
- Log in to Meeting Settings.
- From “Others”, click [+] to select the target of scheduling authority
- In the window, enter one or more email addresses separated by commas.
- Click Assign.
- If the user has been successfully assigned, it will be displayed under Scheduling Grants.
If you can not assign scheduling privileges because the user is not the same account as you or is not a professional user, you will receive an error message.
How to schedule another user
Windows, Mac, Linux
After granting proxy authority, the authorized user needs to log out from Zoom Client and log in again.
- Open the Zoom client and sign in to Zoom.
- Press the schedule icon.
- This will open the scheduler window.
- Click on Advanced Options.
- Check [Schedule Target].
- Select the user to schedule from the drop-down menu.
- When you finish by clicking Schedule, the selected calendar will open.

- Sign in to the My Meetings Zoom web
portal and select Schedule Meeting.
- Click on Advanced Options.
- Select the user to schedule from the drop-down menu.
- Click Save to finish.

After granting proxy authority, the authorized user needs to log out from Zoom Client and log in again.
- Log in to the Zoom application.
- Click Schedule.
Tap Advanced Options and select Schedule Target.
Tap the name of the user for whom you want to schedule a meeting.
Tap Schedule to finish scheduling.
