1080P support is restricted for use with business accounts and enterprise accounts and must be enabled by Zoom support.
Group HD Enabling
Note that the group HD uses more CPU and bandwidth (up to 2 Mbps).
If there are network or CPU performance problems, disable group HD.
Enable Group HD feature at the account level
- Sign in to the Zoom Web Portal as an administrator with permission to edit account settings and click Account Settings.

- If the setting is disabled, click the toggle to enable it.
When the confirmation dialog appears, select Enable to confirm your changes.

Group HD bandwidth requirements
Standard HD (720p )
For meetings with 3 or more participants, the standard HD (720p) video requires at least 1.5mbps up and down.
Full HD (1080p )
In the case of a meeting with two participants
You need at least 1.3mbps up and down to receive full HD (1080p) video. To send full HD (1080p), you need at least 2.8mbps up and down.
In the case of a meeting with three or more participants
You need at least 2.5mbps up and down to receive full HD (1080p) video. To send a full HD (1080p) video, you need at least 3.0mbps up and down.
