No video using Polycom HDX series endpoints in Zoom App

You can send and receive audio through the Polycom HDX Series video endpoint, however you will not be able to send or receive video at the same time from it. Please check the following to see if the problem can be resolved:

  • If the Diagnostic Mode (or Basic Mode if you are running version 3.0.2 or older) is enabled, you need to disable it. The Polycom HDX Systems Admin Guide provides more information on this topic on page 12-2
  • The settings of your network or firewall may need to be checked

Please submit a Support Request with information on your device, as well as the version of Polycom HDX you are trying to connect to, if you still aren’t able to connect.
