There will be an end to Zoom Rooms Chrome OS support on December 31, 2020, so it is highly recommended that users migrate to a supported platform (Windows, macOS, or Zoom Rooms Appliance) before this event. See what platforms are verified by Zoom Rooms and learn more about them.

Recommended migration options

  • You will need to deploy a Zoom Rooms appliance
  • The ChromeOS computer should be replaced with a Windows Internet of Things PC or Mac running Zoom Rooms instead
  • With Zoom Rooms Hardware as a Service program, you can rent hardware for an affordable price on a monthly basis
