Changing business hours and overflow settings in Zoom App
For extensions, administrators have the ability to change the following default settings for business hours and overflows.
Note:
You are only able to change these settings at the site level if you have multiple sites enabled. You can only change the settings of multiple sites that have been disabled at the account level if you have multiple sites disabled.

- There are three types of accounts available: Professional, Business, and Education

How to change default business hours and overflow
- To access the Zoom web portal, you will need to sign in as the owner or administrator of the account.
- Click on Phone System Management in the navigation menu, and then click on Company Info in the drop-down list.
- According to whether you have more than one site, you can choose from one of these options:
- Click on the name of the site you wish to edit when you have enabled multiple sites, and then click the Settings tab if you have enabled multiple sites.
- Click Account Settings if you wish to disable multiple sites at the same time.
- In the Hours section, change these settings:
- Default Business Hours:When you click on Edit, you will be able to set the default business hours for users of the phone, Zoom Rooms, and phones in communal areas. In addition, phone users will have the option of changing their specific business hours from the default business hours. The business hours can also be extended beyond 11:30 PM if you wish. Phone users who work night shifts might be able to use this feature.
- In the event of overflow during business hours, closed hours, or holidays, the default overflow will be as follows:It is possible to set default overflows for phone users, call queues, and shared line groups during business hours, holidays, and closed hours.

- Forward to voicemail: The call will be routed to the voicemail box.
- Allow callers to reach an operator: The operator can be reached by pressing 0 or the user can leave a voicemail message by pressing 1. Any phone, call queue, automatic receptionist, shared line group, or phone user can be set as the operator of the line.
- Default Holiday Hours: You have the option of defining certain days as holidays for all users of the phone system, Zoom Rooms, the common area phones, auto receptionists, call queues, and shared line groups in your company by clicking Set or Edit. During holidays, you can customize how your calls are routed so that you have a better experience. The caller could be directed directly to voicemail or a customized message could be played, for example, to inform the caller that the office will be away on holidays for the next few days.
