Procedure
Join from Windows and Mac

The app will launch automatically and you will join the meeting.

Join the meeting called by the app
- While online (when using the Zoom desktop client or mobile app), other users can send meeting requests from the instant messaging (chat) screen.
- The invited person will ring and receive an incoming message notification indicating who is calling them.
- Select Accept to join the invited meeting .

Join by phone
- From the phone, dial the conference number on the invitation .
- If you are using the Touchtone (DTMF) keypad, enter the meeting ID number when prompted.
Participate using H.323 / SIP connector
- Dial the IP address provided in the meeting request (requires room connector port add-on).
