Update account settings
The Personal Account Settings allows users to collect and manage simple information about their accounts, as well as updating login information, such as the username and password.
Update profile information
Your profile information, set when you created it, can be edited in My Profile. Zoom uses these items for a variety of reasons, including making demographic and geographical decisions, gathering info for test device shipments, and more.
How to manage hardware platforms for testing
It is also possible to add more hardware devices as well as manage the different hardware platforms installed on your current hardware through Test Platforms. The addition of hardware platforms will allow us to select the users that will be the ideal testers for Centercode’s specific features by allowing us to select those which will be the ideal testers for those particular features.
Add a platform
It is possible to see mandatory and optional entries when adding a platform. It would be really helpful if you would be able to tell me if you have owned the device for a long time or what kind of LED panel it has, but it’s also ok if you don’t remember.
There is a dynamic generator generating this area, so expect that the questions asked about the various selections, as well as the available choices, will vary over time.
Adding a platform to your profile can be done as follows:
- Click on Add a Platform under Test Platforms.
- Select the type of hardware you wish to add to the platform.
- Detailed information about the device or hardware should be filled out in the questionnaire.
- Press Submit.
- To add another hardware profile, click Add a Platform.
Manage a platform
The platform information can be edited after adding it or it can be removed from your account.
Occasionally, you should manage your Platform Profile so that your chances of being selected for alpha or beta projects are as high as possible.
Edit a platform
- Go to the platform’s name.
- Update any information about the platform there.
- Then click Submit.
Remove a platform
- The platform’s name will appear when you move your mouse over it.
- Simply click the X icon beside the platform name to close it.
- You will be asked to delete the item when you do so.
