OnZoom Host Public Profile URL guidelines
An OnZoom Host can create a Public Profile URL so that users can easily navigate to the Host profile page to learn more about them. Public Profile URLs can only be assigned to one host at a time.
Note: Creating a Public Profile URL is something you need to take the time to do for the reason that it will be permanently attached to your OnZoom Host Profile. The Public Profile URL you have created will automatically be saved to your profile once you have created it and saved it, so there will be no way to change or edit it once you have created it.
OnZoom Host Public Profile URL policy
OnZoom URL addresses are valid only while the Host’s OnZoom account is active; they can be canceled if the Host’s Zoom or OnZoom account has been deactivated or removed for any reason.
The Public Profile URL belongs to Zoom and it is in our sole discretion to remove any content (in whole or in part), including a Public Profile URL that is in violation of these guidelines, the OnZoom Terms and Conditions, our Community Standards, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
There are some things that cannot be included or included in public profile URLs:
- The word “Zoom” or any variations thereof, or any other content related to Zoom’s products and services, that is similar to Zoom’s products
- Content indicating or implying that Zoom endorses you or your events in any way
- A piece of content that impersonates another person, account, or entity, which includes a representative of Zoom, or appears to impersonate that person, account, or entity
- Unless specifically sanctioned and chosen by the person, place, or organization with whom you are asserting your affiliation, the word “official” cannot be used
- It does not include content that violates any of the rights of anyone else, including those related to intellectual property and privacy, or that is illegal in any way
- Symbols and punctuation, with the exception of hyphens, must be avoided
- It should not exceed three characters in length
- In terms of generic event types, they are types of events without any additional words or content (e.g., Conferences, Seminars, Meetings, Events, Expos, Galas, etc.).
- Geographic locations that don’t contain any additional words or content (for instance, Los Angeles) that are generic in nature
- There must be at least one letter in every URL (all URLs must include at least one number)
Here are a few examples of URLs that are acceptable:
- onzoom.com/h/kyleanderson
- onzoom.com/h/yogachris

Can a co host start a Zoom meeting without the host?
As long as the host has scheduled the Zoom meeting with specific settings configured, you will be able to join the meeting or start it without the host present. To enable the setting to allow participants to join before the host, the host will need to disable the waiting room feature when scheduling the meeting.
Can anyone be a Zoom host?
The host of the meeting is the user who scheduled the meeting. As long as they have the full permissions of managing the meeting, they can do anything they want. A meeting can only have one host at a time. In a co-hosting arrangement, a co-host has access to most of the control functions that a host has, including the ability to manage the administrative side of the meeting, such as attending the meeting.
