Supported ZDM upgrade/downgrade processes in Zoom App
Zoom Device Management (ZDM) is a cloud-based application that enables you to manage and update your Zoom devices like the Zoom app, operating system (OS) and firmware from a single location. As you can see from the following tables, Zoom Rooms and Zoom Phone Appliances support a variety of processes by providing the information.

- (a): There is no direct support for manual or automatic app updates on Logitech devices. The firmware update is the way to do this.
- (b): Versions 5.7.0 and higher are supported by this feature. In order to use Personal Zoom Room, you must be running version 5.8.0 or higher.
- (c): There is only support for DTen D7 at the moment.
