Here are two ways to join a meeting:

• ” Meet Now ” meeting (referred to the as instant meeting)
• Scheduled meeting

Meet Now (Instant Meeting)

You can easily start a meeting right from Zoom Client Home, the chat window, and the website.

• Zoom client clicks New Meeting. You can use a personal meeting ID for

• instant meetings.
• From the meeting in the chat window click [ Video Mark ].

Scheduled meeting

1. Schedule a meeting
2. You can invite participants in advance and include the invitations in your calendar or send them by e-mail.
3. Join the meeting in three ways:
   Join with One Click from Zoom Client Home Screen

2. Zoom web site from

3. Enter Zoom Client meeting ID to join click [ Join ] and enter [ Meeting ID ] to join.

Join from the website

Click [ Join Meeting ] from the Zoom website, enter the meeting ID and join.

1. How long is the meeting ID valid?
2. For non-periodic meetings
3. It is valid for 30 days counting from the scheduled date or start date.
4. In the case of the regular meeting
5. It is valid for 365 days counting from the scheduled date or start date.
